Agreement

This End-User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Thornveld Systems PTY(LTD) ("Thornveld Systems", "we", "us") for the use of our software products, including Dopamizer and any future applications we publish ("Software").

By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

Licence grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for personal or commercial use, subject to the terms of this agreement.

Account requirements

Certain features of the Software require you to sign in with a Google account. This is used for licence verification and cross-device synchronisation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Distribute, sublicence, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable law

Intellectual property

The Software, including all code, graphics, user interface designs, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Thornveld Systems PTY(LTD) and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

Data and privacy

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use. We are not obligated to provide updates or continued support for any version of the Software.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Thornveld Systems PTY(LTD) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate your licence at any time if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.

Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
