Thornveld Systems is a software publisher based in South Africa. We build applications for people who need tools that work with them, not against them.

Our name comes from the thornveld, the acacia-studded grasslands of the South African highveld. It's a landscape defined by resilience, adaptation, and quiet strength. That's the ethos behind every product we ship.

What we believe

• Software should respect its users. No dark patterns. No engagement tricks. No harvesting attention for profit.
• Privacy is non-negotiable. We don't collect telemetry or sell your data. Account sign-in exists only for licence management and sync across your devices.
• Native software matters. Some tools belong on your device, not in a browser tab. Fast, reliable, always available, built for the platform you use.
• Accessibility is not optional. If someone can't use our software, that's a bug. Full stop.
